Education VIPS are a friendly professional recruitment agency for teachers, nursery nurses and classroom assistants. Based in Bromley, Kent we work with many of the local schools as well as others within Croydon, Greenwich, Lewisham and Bexley LEA’S. We place staff in primary and secondary schools as well as nurseries and further education colleges and centres.
Our aim is to work hard to ensure that both staff and schools receive an unequalled service from our dedicated consultants and administration team. We listen carefully to the requirements of schools and aim to provide high calibre candidates; we offer very competitive remuneration for our teachers and support staff.

Our History
Education VIPs was established in Bromley in 1995 and has been providing teachers to independent and mainstream schools in Kent and London ever since. We provide teaching staff on a short and long term supply basis as well as offering solutions to permanent vacancies. Indeed we are seen as the personnel department to many of our client schools. We are particular about matching schools with teachers and this attention to detail has earnt us the respect of our many and varied clients. Education VIPs also values its own staff which is reflected in their loyalty to the company.
Over the years Education VIPs has responded to the changing requirements of schools and offers learning support assistants, cover supervisors, instructors, invigilators and tutors. Our tailored tutoring service has met with great enthusiasm by pupils, teachers and families in the local community. We are very grateful that so many of our client schools have supported us in its launch. We feel fortunate to be involved in the Government’s launch of ‘Making Good Progress’, a tutoring service aimed at supporting primary school children in their learning development.
Our aim is to provide the best quality teachers and we cut no corners in trying to achieve this. We are committed to our stringent vetting procedures. Every teacher has a personal interview and no teacher is allowed to work until all the necessary vetting procedures have been completed. We extend a personal service to both our client schools and teaching staff which is rarely matched by our competitors.
An important part of company policy is to provide professional development courses to all teachers and support staff. It gives us great satisfaction that most of our business and recruitment is generated by recommendation.
In 2003 We joined forces with the Verity group, who are based in central London. We often pool our experience, knowledge and resources.
