Professional Development
We provide Professional Development Courses for our teachers free of charge. The courses cover a wide range of disciplines aimed at improving the quality of service provided by our teachers.

We are always looking for new venues and facilitators. If you would like to be involved or have suggestions on additional much needed courses, please contact our CPD Manager Lynn: lynn.vicat@educationvips.com or on 020 8325 2331.
Networking
As most of our clients are introduced or referred to us, we look to provide existing clients with an incentive to introduce new schools. This normally takes the form of contributions made to the schools PTA fund. Please contact the General Manager in the office on 020 8402 9164 or email Debra on debbie.mcglone@educationvips.com to discuss this further.
Planned Absences / Cover for Professional Development courses
Education VIPS looks to remain involved in the development of its teachers even if they are no longer employed at the school through the company.
If any of Education VIP's teachers in full-time or permanent employment attend a Professional development course through the school they are employed, Education VIPs will provide a suitable replacement teacher to the school at cost!
Need specialist cover for teachers away on professional development courses?
Give us your requirements 2 weeks in advance and receive a £10 discount. Please ensure you mention to your Client Manager the offer you are looking to take advantage of when making the request.
